The service is always impeccable from the friendly doorman, wonderful bar man and all of the friendly team members. Each time we have gone here, we are made to feel very special and they want to hear about our wedding plans. This beautiful jeweller offers many beautiful options of jewellery and can also quote for bespoke pieces. I was majorly impressed by the number of options and aftercare with your piece of jewellery, how well trained the staff are and just the store is beautiful, you feel like you're buying into a piece of luxury. We were lucky enough to work alongside Mel and Myo - they are both wonderful ladies and I would never hesitate to recommend this beautiful store to anyone in the market for a beautiful keepsake piece of jewellery! Each time I've visited the Wakefields store, I've received a warm greeting from the team, an offer a coffee and a comfy chair to perch in whilst I wait. Right from the outset, Tristan took the time to get to know me and has been beyond helpful in answering my questions, arranging deliveries, and resizing jewellery and watches purchased from the store. The recent refurb is simply stunning, but more than that, the attention to detail and customer service focus helps Wakefields to stand out.

Popped in this morning to reluctantly sell my mother's wedding ring due to personal reasons and the staff could not have been better. After a mild breakdown of tears I was offered a drink by the lovely girl behind the bar which cheered me up. I dealt with Stephanie who was fantastic. We chatted for a good while about our lives and she honestly helped me in more ways she could imagine. A very charming, honest, friendly person who I can only apologise to for unloading my problems on. I thank you all so much for helping me through this difficult decision I had to make, especially Stephanie. It was brief but I don't think I'll forget you for your kind words and positive insights for someone so young. This is what customer service is all about!

Excellent Service as usual. We have been shopping at Wakefields for over 10 years now. Their manager Tristan is the person we have had a relationship with over this duration of time. He fully reflects Wakefields customer service ethos. We have always found him to be completely honest and a realistic Individual and fully understands the BIGGER customer picture and always has time to fully understand our requirements. We have purchased numerous pieces of jewellery over the years including more recently Rolex's as well. Tristan has been instrumental in our purchases over the years. He has always exceeded our expectations as a Customer. Melanie and Dominic should be very proud of having such an individual working for them. It's a people centric business. We just like his "open" and "honest" approach to his customers. Something that has also been instilled within all the team there too.
