Delivery And Returns
The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement (in most cases the same working day) using Royal Mail Signed For Delivery. You will normally receive your order within 2 working days of placement (subject to Royal Mail delivery times).
*Orders made Mon - Fri before 3pm are dispatched same day.
Please note that website orders are not processed over the weekend, any weekend orders will be processed on Monday morning.
All shipping times are dependent on stocking levels and availability. Occasionally items may appear as ‘in’ stock on the website, but due to timing differences between the store & website they may well be ‘out of stock’. We will contact you within 24 hours to offer you an order date or a full refund.
Please note that in some cases it may take 5 - 7 days for your order to be received.
Shipping Charges
Deliveries to mainland UK are FREE if your order is over £30
Orders under £30 are charged at £6.
All parcels are sent via Signed For delivery. Read more about Royal Mail's services.
As we use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels we cannot pass on delivery requests, such as 'leave in front porch'. However you may wish to leave a note out for your postman. Should you not be available to sign for the delivery, then the postman will usually leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your local post office.
When you place an order you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment. We will also send you an email once your parcel has been shipped and this email will contain your Royal Mail tracking number.
Very occasionally, we may have to e-mail you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem.
International Shipping
At present we only ship to France. Shipping costs £15 and is sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For. Payments for international orders are only accepted through PayPal, and there is a limit of £250 per total order value (this excludes orders for TUDOR watches, we are not permitted to ship this brand internationally).
Click & Collect
We provide a click & collect option at checkout for all of our jewellery and watches available to be purchased online.
Orders are available to collect in store the same day within our opening hours. Orders purchased on Sunday will be available to collect from the following Monday.
Your order payment must have fully processed before collecting in store. When collecting your purchase, please bring a form of ID which confirms your name and address. Orders can be collected by the person who has placed and paid for the order. We are not authorised to allow anyone to collect an order on behalf of the purchaser unless we have had official authorisation from the buyer ahead of collection.
Returns Policy
The Purchaser has a statutory right to cancel their order and receive a full refund on any mail order purchase. To cancel, the Purchaser must send the original or copy invoice along with full written reasons for the return, such written reasons and invoice to be received by the Company within 30 days of the Purchaser receiving the said Goods, within 14 days for any discounted or sale Goods.
The return of Goods will be permitted in limited circumstances and only if the Goods are received in their original packaging, complete with all labeling, any accessories, manuals or other documentation and all un-damaged.
We regret that postage and packing charges are non-refundable unless goods received are faulty or received in error.

December Delivery & Returns Policy
We cannot guarantee that orders placed in the month of December will arrive in time for Christmas.
Our standard shipping method is Royal Mail Signed For delivery, which takes 1-3 working days to arrive, but may take more during busy seasonal periods. We give our customers the option to select Royal Mail Next Day delivery at the point of checkout if they wish to use a quicker postage method.
Any orders placed in the month of December will be subject to an extended returns period which ends January 31st 2024.
