Paris Hilton is Engaged – Take a Closer Look at her Emerald Cut Diamond Engagement Ring
On Wednesday, People magazine confirmed that Paris Hilton and her boyfriend, venture capitalist Carter Reum, are engaged. The pair had been dating for a year before Carter decided to ask that all important question. Staying true to Paris’ glamorous persona, the engagement celebrations were documented in a series of photos celebrating on a private island. These photos gave fans the chance to take a closer look at her striking new engagement ring.
Paris’ engagement ring is a classic three stone design set in white metal. The huge diamond centre stone is an emerald cut, flanked by two smaller stones in a tension setting.
Tension settings are crafted so precisely that the stone is held perfectly in the ring, there are no grooves, or additional pieces of metal holding it in place, creating a seamless aesthetic in the design.
Whilst we may not currently stock anything at Wakefields quite like Paris’ bespoke design, we do have a variety of three stone engagement rings, as well as emerald cut diamond designs.
Emerald cut diamonds are a stunning choice for an engagement ring. Their elegant geometry is universally flattering, and the elongated shape is beautifully showcased in both single stone or three stone designs.
