Simply get in touch with us to book an appointment to see Melanie in store, and she’ll be able to tell you all you need to know about your gemstones ‘on the spot’ in under an hour. (Please note that Melanie’s quotes are free of charge, you’ll receive a stone identification along with an informal verbal estimate of its worth. In the rare event that Melanie is unable to identify your stones, we recommend you submit your piece of jewellery for a formal valuation with us.)
