Delivery 

  • How much is Delivery?
    All orders over £20.00 come with Free Delivery!
    For orders under £20.00 delivery is charged at £5.99.
     
  • How quickly will I receive my item?
    The majority of orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement, however, please note that in some cases it may take 5 - 7 days for your order to be received,
     
  • Which courier do you use for deliveries?
    We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Parcels under £100 are sent Signed For,
    and parcels over £100 are sent Special Delivery (signature required).
     
  • What is your Delivery policy?

European/International Orders

  • Do you ship outside the UK?
    Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside of the UK.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.
     

Stock/Product Information

  • Is this item in stock?
    You can view whether an item is in stock on the product page, above the price (labelled Availability).

    Occasionally items may appear as ‘in’ stock on the website, but due to timing differences between the store & website they may well be ‘out of stock’. 
    In the event this happens we will contact you within 24 hours to offer you an order date or a full refund.

     
  • Can I view the item in store?
    You are welcome to visit the store, if you find an item online you would like to view please call us before visiting so we can ensure we will have it ready for you to view.

  • When will the item come back in to stock?
    Please call us for more detailed information about the product you are interested in.

    Visit the forgot your password page to reset your password.

  • How do I change my details or address on my account?
    Login to your account and update your details or addresses by visiting the sections on the left hand side of the My Account page.
     

Online Order Process

  • I’ve placed my order, what happens now?
    We will send you an email confirming your order. Your item will be packed and sent by Royal Mail, if there are any issues with your order we will contact you.
